These decks are HAND-PAINTED works of art. No two are alike, even when we try. Paint drips, fingerprints, scratches, smudges and other ‘irregularities’ are NORMAL in hand made art; and considered part of what makes them so special. These are not heat transfers. These are full deck (tip to tail) hand screen printed graphics and they are extraordinary!! There are no refunds unless the deck is defective.
